I've been building a loft conversion with a balcony, but apparently it's breaking the law. First instinct is to fix it, but it's gonna cost a fucking shagload and regardless my builder says he can't get round to it til next year.
The planning officer came round the other day and said you gotta do this and that and I was all like yeah, horror show, but whatever, I will do it. That was Monday, he said he'd have an email out next day or two. Haven't had that. My builder is saying just tell him to spew it till next year.
But how long do you get till they bulldoze your house? I've got loads on and would love to forget about it til next spring.
