A wee road trip through central Europe...

Looking like one of my most major jaunts this year will be a roadtrip around Central Europe. We plan to start in Amsterdam, see a fair bit of Bavaria and take in as many cool bits as possible.

I've got a wee map I've sketched out the plans for what we had in mind - ideally see a bit of the alps around Innsbruck/Switzerland but its currently a bit too long...

So what's good round there? Anyone done anything similar? I've been to Amsterdam, Munich and Innsbruck before, but none of the rest. Any must sees? Anything we should add in/take out?

Also - all places must have plentiful beer... Obviously
