Man City Beat the gooners (the big feller scoring the winner)
Stoke (due to a delap throw) scrape a draw
And we thrash Burnley 3 or 4 - 0.

I can see Stoke batteling for a point at home to Chelsea, they've won both their home games and haven't conceded.

Spurs - Utd has a draw written all over it.

City - Arse is a tough one. With Arshavins injury it might pip in Citys favour though.

Us - Burnely. Well we have to win, and I think we will. But it's going to be a tough game. Burnley won' t role over and die, and we struggled last season with these newly promoted teams. So we need a early goal and to be on our guard.
Gerrard in midfield would be excellent for this game.

Well said.

I do have a feel though that we're going to see a far more dynamic Liverpool at Anfield this Season, hence we won't draw nearly as many games as we did last Season.

We haven't started well evidently but I reckon players such as Torres, Gerrard, Kuyt and Riera are now coming back into form hence we'll soon see some good battering against the usual stubborn oppositions parking the bus.

Starting today.

Oh and another thing, we can't use the Alonso-excuse in games like the one today. He played an awful lot in last Seasons bore draws at home and we'd be spoiled to have a bit more pace and attacking-intent present compared to last Season. Today epitomized in the mighty Gerrard - in a few weeks hopefully in Aquilani as well.
