An aside from the 'overated thread'.
I'd love to hear some ideas for 30 minute meals from others, so I'll start with my own:
It's kind of a paleo chicken dish that I added to:
Spinach
Chicken fillets
Peppers
Onion
Garlic
Basil Pesto
Chorizo
Cheese.
I start with the spinach, coconut oil in a pot, add a bit of garlic, heat & stir then leave it to drain.
Chop the chicken fillets into even-ish sizes
Brown the chicken in a pan - again coconut oil.
Add in the chopped peppers, onion to the pan. Then the Chorizo.
When it's cooked - add the spinach to the pan. Then the pesto and cheese.
Mix all that shit up, then serve.
One of my favorite meals. And it takes about 20 mins total
