Is the estimated combined value of the City and Chelsea Squads that are playing today.
Surely its the most expensive game of football ever?

It is. Sky revelled in telling us. Beat barca real by some 30 mil
Go Citeh! Never really had a problem with them; would much rather they win today. Sneaky goal scored through Lescott's forehead crease would work for me.

Both are horrible teams, Studsup. Filled with mercenaries. Talented mercenaries mind.
You'd think for that money they wouldn't both be shit clubs playing anti-football with shit fans with half empty stadia and shit radio ads on the mornings of the games telling shitheads to turn up and support them

Been an open game played at a high pace with attacking football on both sides so far though. But for Milner being an idiot on 3 occasions and making Cole look like a world class defender, Citeh might have given Chelski a bigger scare.
Citeh looks like a doughnut - their central midfield has looked non-existent.
David Luiz does unfortunately look the part. 'The new Lucio' or Carvahlo for Chelsea fans, but probably end up better than Lucio. He looks rock solid and a very good footballer.

2-0 now. Ramires with some good footwork and nicely put past the keeper.

He looks much more at home now on the right side where he played for Benfica.
Think luiz has got a mistake in him, and he's quite rash. But it's hard not to worry about just how good this lad will become. He's nearly a complete cb at 22

If Luiz is proper good he'll be agitating for a move to barca in 18 months.

No he won't. They'll just double his pay when he makes a peep squeak about his family not settling. Besides, in recent seasons, which Chelsea players have left the club "to play proper football" or "to win things"?

exceptionally valid point. Robben is the only one off the top of my head
