Hi all, I appreciate I've not been here much lately, but a busy job coupled with scheduling for the band and family stuff, means I have had my hands full.

Number 6 was fantastic and onwards and upwards next season!

Anyway, myself the missus and our son are doing the Wirral Coastal Walk on Sunday 23rd June in aid of Stick 'n' Step. As some of you know this is a charity close to my heart as I have seen first-hand the wonderful work that Stick 'n' Step do for children and young adults with Cerebral Palsy.

They're the only two centres in the UK (based in Runcorn and Wallasey) who offer conductive education for children and young adults with CP and similar neurological conditions, supporting families in North Wales and the North of England.

So taking part in the Wirral Walk is a unique way to both raise money to help Stick 'n' Step continue as a charity (they're completely charity funded) and to raise awareness about Cerebral Palsy.

If anyone can share the page or even give any donations, however little, it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance x
