Viagogo

I've been offered two tickets for the derby by a mate of a mate who bought them on viagogo.

I've no experience with viagogo so naturally I'm a bit cautious here and before I look into flights, hotel etc I wanted to ask whether anybody has ever bought their tickets off there.

Any advice?
