Agreed. Suspect wages are the issue. 60k is a decent wage for most clubs where he would start every week, and why would you risk it on Origi, who seems have given up on football and never looked the same after that injury.

Yep - his mentality is shot. He seems to be trying to adopt the persona of being chilled & relaxed but he's just always a yard off the pace and doesn't seem to be putting everything into what he is doing. The early years of Origi were the opposite, he scored some great goals for us playing off the shoulder of the last defender, being quick footed and being good at ensuring he got a good shot on goal when presented the chance. In his current state he is of zero value to the squad and is taking away opportunities from those who might offer a future higher ceiling.

If we get rid of the Shaq it surely suggests room for Eliott, which is good news. If we then manage to shift Origi and even Minamino I'm confident of signing one decent player
