that would make sense, but it's madrid. he is, apparently, available. ronaldo was offered his shirt number.

wouldn't mind him? he's world class. i would more than happily let alonso go for that and never look back.
 
He's not that good, had a promising start to his Madrid career but he got worse with every game he played and has also been injured more than 50% of the time last season I think.
 
Does it matter if a player is 'for sale' for someone to put a bid in. Out of e dutch players at real i would happily take wesley wit vdv comin second.im not sure bout huntelar and robben can piss off

He ain't world class.... just like Van Der Vaart isn't world class.

Both have their days and are talented, but are no where near as consistent as Ronaldo, Messi, Kaka, Gerrard etc.

Spurs have already shown an interest in Van Nistelrooy and Huntelaar as well as Robben. Huntelaar has also attracted interest from Turkey and the Netherlands, while there have been enquiries from Germany for Van Der Vaart, who played for Hamburg before joining Madrid, and from Italy for Sneijder. But the player Madrid have had the most enquiries for is Drenthe.
