Ugarte, lookes like a fucking convict, we really need to get 6ft4 Thuram to deal with this guy, i can see Ugarte making bitches out of Fabinho, and Henderson.

Who is making all these decisions, though? Looks to me as if the chavs haven’t learnt their lessons from this season past.

Was thinking they might hold on to him for another season before activating the £150m clause for Haaland in the summer of 2024.

Looks like the floodgates have opened. For the next few years, all the top players near retirement age (and quite a few top coaches as well) will be climbing over each other to get that fat paycheck in the Saudi league. No more MLS or China.

He'll be a decent signing for them tbh. Last I heard he was Villa bound lol.

Wouldn't have minded him at all as a back up option for Mo.

Would be interesting to see if he can deliver his preferred style of football in a tougher league.

He’s a very good coach. Not sure anyone can save Spurs from themselves but ya he’s got as good a chance as any realistic target.

How do you go to that comparison?

Rather easily…
- Both clubs needed a cut price new manager
- Both come off a good season in somewhere after career stalls previously elsewhere at some point
- Both rather aged options, rather than going for a more raw exciting option
- Both not really fan’s choice to take over but that doesn’t say much with Spurs fans
- Can’t imagine Ange would have much of a budget to spend and probably have to deal in budget buys like Hodge did
- Will likely have to sell or do without their best striker at some point
- Patchy history in club management

Wait til Ange says Spurs are in a relegation battle and that losing to the blueshite was as close to Utopia as he could imagine ... then we see the connection,

Spurs with Ange has all the feels of us signing Hodge about it.

He has done well at every level and played good football. He has revamped the Celtic squad with signings from non-traditional places. PL and particularly Spurs might be one step too many but he is an interesting appointment for sure.

Wtf is this????
