I hope Southgate doesn't take TAA.
A few more weeks to relax, and an angrier, more motivated Trent? Yikes, good luck PL with that.
im torn
. On one hand I'd rather he go and sit on the bench. The kid is going to be heart broken.

On the other hand I'd be happy if he got a break.

There's no way, with the extended squad and TAA's form, that he won't be going. He's a cert to be on the bus.

Insanity from Gareth Waistcoat and he will get slaughtered for it.

If you want a defensive rb, why bring awb? His positioning is shite. He loses his man on the back post all the fucking time.

He can tackle, and he's got an engine. That's it. Other than tackling, there is absolutely nothing that awb can do better than Trent, at all.

Manc fans blame this on Lindeloff's positioning

Where's Ter Stegen?
[article]Germany’s Marc-André ter Stegen will miss next month’s European Championship after the Barcelona goalkeeper revealed he needs to undergo a procedure on his knee.

The 29-year-old played the full 90 minutes in Sunday’s 2-1 home defeat by Celta Vigo which ended Barcelona’s La Liga title challenge with one game left in the season. Writing on Instagram, he said: “I have decided together with the medical team of the club that I will do a complementary intervention on my knee. I’m sad that I will miss the Euro 2020 this summer with Germany. For the first time in many years I will be a fan at home supporting my country, I hope we win it.”[/article]

Unless AWB is some top level defending RB who completely shuts down attacks on the right hand side, there is no justification for taking him over TAA. You just cannot have a RB who keeps doing this and is this poor on the ball in the modern game.

They surely have to be THE overwhelming favourites to win the Euros?

Quality all over and Europe's best attacking player up front.

Will not watch a single, solitary second of that shite... Need a break from football after this rotting carcass of a season. Just want all of our players' teams to go out as early as is mathematically possible.

That seems an aging squad for Germany. Or at least it seems it because of the length of time many of those players seem to have been in the spotlight.

I was surprised when you said that - then I went back and actually looked at the squad. Hell yes. Quality everywhere. Should be favourites.

Well Scotland shouldn't have any problem fulfilling your wish. And maybe Hendo and TAA won't be on the bus in the first place. Do we have any others going?
