The 3rd kit is horrible, and it's likeness to Ronald Mcdonald makes that even more clear.

it's an attempt to recreate the 1983 away strip, which was probably our best away kit ever. Except they completely fucked it with collar and sleeve piping making it look like something a clown would wear.

The genius of that shirt is that without the chequered collar and sleeves, the kit would actually look amazing.

If it had the red lines, may be but that yellow (on its own) is way too intense. The association with fast food chain uniforms with red squares kills it.

I've never seen a McDonald's uniform that's yellow and red.
