We need more Dives Tricks Flicks, and freakicks in the Feckham spot . Like what our cuntemparies do

the buss The Bus

Dives in the box

Tricks & Flicks steppovers & one touch passing to cut thhrough two lines of four

Feckham spot The David Beckham sweet spot the bent referees always gave him a free kick in, two or three yards off the eighteen yard box.

Whats the point in being enigmatic if everyone can decode your stuff. (Crack your Shit) .................. Trousers are 4 inkphants.

Yep, still shit

I had to fast forward through it a bit because watching them fiddle around with the screen is excruciating but I do like Henry and the lift on the flick was a good spot. Makes it way better.

Henry broke down the flick EXACTLY as I saw it.

I thought the delay he put on the flick incredible, because 9 out of 10 players would return that ball to Salah with their sidefoot and it would be a 50-50 ball, as to whether Stephens intercepts or whether the GK got there ahead of Salah.

By delaying and letting it run through his legs, he created just enough time for Salah to get through and for Stephens to fully commit himself to blocking the sidefoot return pass.

The flick was a thing of extraordinary intelligence and skill to execute.

Bobby F frustrates me sometimes with his finishing, but there is no denying his workrate and his intelligence. Tactically he's superb and allows Salah to concentrate on scoring goals. Without him, Salah would have half his goals or we would concede twice as many. One of the two.

Henry did a superb job here and truly understands the mindset of a player.

The Flick was really great, but I doubt the lift of the ball was executed as planned. It was fantastic that it got through to Salah the way it did no doubt about it. I think Henry overstated it after the fact?

It was on purpose clearly

Nah. It was clearly intended. Look at the height he lifts his leg after the flick.

If he just wanted it to get through without the height, he would have just used his heel to flick it, and not the front part of his foot (big toe).

If really intended and executed to such perfection, we truly have a genius in our midst, thinking and executing it in such split seconds.

It's short sighted. I go to the BBC or ESPN now (just set the VPN to the UK). Virtually dropped Sky completely because of their clip policy. It's anti-marketing.
Exactly this.. You open yourself to a wider audience by making these available to non subscribers. By doing this you are selling your 'brand' as well as pulling in revenue from the advertising

It shit marketing from Sky.. Absolutely..

You cannot be serious. Where else do you think he wanted to put the ball?!

He wanted the ball into the open spaces behind the defence for Salah of course but I am thinking about the ball lifted up off the ground after the flick.

Roberto Firmino has earned £1,015,000 from goal bonuses so far this season.

➖ 1-5 goals: £25,000 per goal scored

➖ 6-10 goals: £45,000 per goal scored

➖ 11-15 goals: £65,000 per goal scored

➖ 16+ goals: £85,000 per goal scored

Worth every penny. If performance weighted contracts are proven to drive better finishing (and I bet he is spending more time on the training ground etc.) then i'm all for it.

Quite. His was my pick of the goals in the first leg against Porto BTW. The way he sidefooted it with so much power, but made it look simple - poetry in motion.

Isn't this one of the innovations Fenway talked about fairly early in their tenure? Offering lucrative performance-related bonuses instead of just a high basic salary? I'm all for it.

It's the equivalent of being paid £19k a week more. Fuck all in this day and age. Make them work for it. As long as it doesn't lead to behaviour like subbing players to save cash etc. Makes sense on every level. There should be a similar scheme for being fined by taking your shirt off celebrating. Firmino must have 3 this season - would be fucking annoying if he got a 1 match ban with that a heavy contributor.

To be honest I'm not in favour of bonuses for goals scored, assist, clean sheets, pens saved etc

End of the day your job as a player depending on position should be to score goals, keep clean sheets, create assists etc.

I'd rather the team are rewarded based on the results. After all you win and lose as a team. So the team as one should be rewarded rather than individuals.

Of course they are better contracts. It's just rare to get a player to agree such terms as they want they cash up front like studge.
