Worst nickname in football, or any sport. Fuck him.

As I've said before, his nickname "The Ox" is as much driven by ease of use, as much as any nominative determinism or anthropomorphic comparison to his playing style or physicality.

His fucking name is "Oxlade-Chamberlain".

Who the fuck wants to type that out? And given the first two letters of that 18 character pain in the arse name are "O" and "X" it's quite understandable that it's shortened to "Ox" or "The Ox"

He'd be called it if he worked in PC World or Greggs too.

We could call him Alex?

The squad is thin so if there is a deal to be had it might be worth looking at - which I'd like to think is where our interest stems from.

35M is crazy money and even 25M is too high given the circumstances.

We seem to have been linked for ages, like with Arsenal being linked with Sturridge and us with Walcott over the last several years. I think there's no smoke without fire when it comes to alot of these longterm links.

I'd have him for the right price. There's alot of potential there, he's direct and he's versatile.

Straight swap for Studge might be on the cards. I know, there are never any swap deals.

Still not keen on him at all. He has 1 good game in 10 , is always on the verge of injury and doesn't seem a particularly intelligent footballer.
Klopp got rid of Ibe because he was very inconsistent despite being having the attributes of pace , having a good shot and could play in a few positions so i would hope he doesn't go after Oxlade-Chamberlain as he has similar attributes and he's just a braindead as Ibe.

Its not even the worst nickname an Arsenal player has had.

I like the idea of taking on previously hyped talents who in their early twenties haven't lived up to their billing.

But not at 35m.
