He's only recently returned to training hasn't he? I dont think he was ever going to be playing much bar injury and I dont think he's necessarily required in Manes absence either.

The number of wingers we're being linked with - if you work under the assumption of no smoke without fire - seems to suggest that he's not in contention and we're looking further afield for a solution.

Putting it out there... I'll be very surprised if this kid doesn't get game-time in the 2nd half of the season.

I think he could offer something at home against deep-lying defences. He hasn't got much pace, but he has a lovely touch, draws defenders and can play with his head up better than quite a few more experienced wingers. He can pick an option in tight space too.

I'd be sticking him on the bench if he gets fit, he's a threat.

Totally agree. From what little I have seen of Ojo so far, I think he looks very gifted. I would love to see him get some first team action.

Huh? He's rapid.

yeah, from what I've seen pace seems to be one of his key attributes id suggest he'd give Mane a good run for his money in the SCM-famed 200 yard dash

He has got pace but I'm not too surprised if some thought it wasn't a major attribute from his brief appearances in the first team, because he hasn't really used it much. In the ressies there have been lots of counter attacks where him and Kent have bombed forwards and it's been frightening. I hope if he gets another chance over Christmas he'll really be encouraged to use his speed as well as his good movement and nice little tricks because he's got the potential to scare defenders.

I thought he was pretty quick?

Anyone? QUICKLY

Yeah, he's pacey. Very quick as well. Remember this gem vs Shaqiri btw? Hopefully we'll see some more of that.

Will be interesting to see what Ojo can do. He's got more brains than Ibe and he's also a better crosser of the ball.

The few times i have seen this guy play he has not looked out of place with the main team. His timing and skills on the ball are in a hugh level. Add also a footballing brain that indicates game intelligence means that we have a potential global super star on our books. Really i would love him to be given 60mins in a league game at some point.

Yeh, Coutinho is pretty decent.

Murray? Jackman? Masekela? Laurie?

What level are we talking here?

I think Klopp already explained few weeks back what his plans were for him, he's going to remain in u23s for the next fortnight and then will be included in FA cup.
