He's been injured for weeks, yet you're still going on about it. None of the current midfielders can fulfill that role. Wijnaldum is the epitome of the invisible man, and Can is utterly disinterested and only ever puts in a performance once every several games. Keep fishing though.

I think he's playing keepers tactically. I don't agree with that, at all, but I think that's what's happened.

But he's now played karius against Leicester, & if he does it today, that's against two of the best counter attacking sides in the league, so that makes me think he's making tactical decisions about which keeper to play.

It was actually quite impressive. Making yourself look dreadful whilst doing almost nothing can be tricky.
It's a strange one then, because Karius is becoming notorious for being rooted to his line and slow to come out. Maybe he's a bit better as a sweeper, but he seems indecisive to me, about when to rush out. Which is a bit suicidal against a side that is likely to break the offside trap from deep.

This forum spends much of every damned day stressing how shit both keepers are. And then when one 'shit' keeper is replaced by another 'shit' keeper, it's billed as a 'huge call'. Is it a huge call? Only if you really rate one much higher than the other. If not, it's not a huge call at all.
