There is a pub called The Blue Eyed Maid nearish to London Bridge as well which is apparently good for Liverpool games. The website boasts of Karaoke every night though, which sounds a bit off-putting!

Bakerloo line to Baker Street is 3 stops, change at Baker Street for the Jubilee line goes straight to London Bridge.
You’ll be there about 7 if you get a train quick out of Heathrow.
