Had money on Suarez for first goal. Damn the OG. Great little performance. Chelsea dropped points too.

Nice weekend so far for us.

the only disappointment was that coutinho didn't get the goal he deserved .

If Brazil don't add Coutinho to their squad before the World Cup they really must be spoilt for choice.

Nightmare getting to the ground today, made it just in time. Standout players for me were Suarez, Countinho, Gerrard and Skrtel. Johnson was also decent. If Cissokho has been brought in to the team to provide a more attacking threat from left back he didn't do a very good job of justifying it. Much happier with 4 at the back.

Fulham were one of the worst sides I've seen at Anfield for a long time. Putting 10 men behind the ball after the second went in said it all. Berbatov is a cheeky bastard, moaning at his teammates while he strolls around the pitch.

Fulham have been a less than average team in the prem for like 10 years and never improve or get that much worse. Weird

They've flirted with relegation for several seasons. They only just stayed up when Hodgson replaced Sanchez

They've lost Diego Costa, space is available..

Hamfistedly handled by Scolari, that issue.

But what a performance by the entire team? I was ruing the missed chances in the first minutes especially when Berbatov made that cross-field pass to Kassami and his belting strike. Stepped off the gas a bit in the final 20 minutes but no complaints about a clean sheet, 3 points and 4 goals. A good position to be in before the international break.

- thought johnson provided much needed width, end product could be better, but he made a lot of space
- our closing down was great
- sturridge was trying a little too hard I thought
- agger was v. good
- cissokho offered nothing
- coutinho was the key, so much space and time.

I often wonder during games like these what the relationship between Suarez and Sturridge is like. Is there a rivalry? Is it friendly?

Both Sturridge and Suarez can exhibit a bit of a selfish streak (which commentators will say all good strikers have) and during games like these where one has scored and the other hasn't I wonder if that prevents the one who hasn't from passing to a better option when in possession round the box.

Great game today, but you have to say that Fulham made it easy for us. I loved the high pressing game and if we start to see it more regularly (and against teams that can actually keep the ball a bit) I will be impressed. Let's start with Everton.

The crowd was as dead as a dodo again. They might break out a ripple of applause if we won the league.

I thought they were looking to pass to each other quite a few times today. I think once one of them scored he will look for a chance to help the other for a goal.
