Well. I never said I agreed with every prediction he made
But he did point out that players like Lallana will be more injury prone as they age.
Did he predict their hair would grey and they'd get slower too?
Yeah i'm aware that part of the prediction is not outlandish - but people still argue against it

Whilst it is bad news. If (and it is a big IF) Coutinho stays then we can be sure he will absolutely spend his time in that CM trio with Hendo/Gini/Can rather than rotating with Mane, Salah and Firmino.
I wouldn't be surprised if it just means Studge/ Kent/ Woodburn are given more opportunities to be the impact sub that I am certain Lallana was more likely to become this season.
I do agree that seeing injuries like this come in does highlight the lack of depth we have. Or at least lack of proven depth. For all we know Grujic, Kent etc. could hit the ground running the PL, but it is a risk we can't take.

So with three months out he won't hit top stride til the new year at best.
Disaster as at times last year he was our main man.
It will really show when we CL, League, games coming thick and fast and our other creative players fatigue or go off the boil.
I get lambasted for stating we need more quality players and our squad isn't big enough or good enough but this is just another example of why we need more players pronto.
