It doesn't sound like the next instalment of ISIS related terrorism.

Unless they have a special needs membership

Sounds like they'll not be getting much sleep and therefore get beat when they play tomorrow.

I cant see them playing tomorrow

UEFA can. Of course nothing to do with revenue, and everything to do with putting on a united front against evil and showing them that they can't win. Or something along those lines.

German police and authorities will have something to say about it

Without wanting to speculate there's a few things which don't strike me es ISIS-esque.

Because of the location of the attack it looks like the bomber only wanted to harm Dortmund, no bystanders. The bomber knew the path of the bus and probably was nearby to let the bombs detonate at the 'right' time.

That's not exactly typical, is it?

Are there any Danish players in the Dortmund squad?

In that case - we definitely can't rule out KHL as a suspect.

There have been 3 explosions in a specific attack on the bus near team hotel.

There is nothing concrete yet on behalf of the bomber or his motives.

A letter has been found near the explosion site.

Bartra suffered a broken arm and cuts. Several splinters had to be removed from his hand and arm. He's being operated right now.
