18 month ban for gambling.

He clearly has a problem, but is 18 months harsh as he never bet on his own team?

I doubt he'll play at this level again ...
 
how old is he , mid thirties ? Yeah I guess this will be the end of him unless its partially suspended or something

Yes he has said himself that the FA have effectively retired him unless he gets the ban reduced on appeal

He should get @dantes on this. You get 18months for having an addiction problem that needs medicine and counselling, but you get like a 3 game ban for breaking someones leg? And he didn't bet on his own teams? The FA are fucking idiots.

Maybe I just love to hate but hating John Terry was a better experience than my complete indifference to Their Walcott.

I don't much like Joey Barton. I imagine he's a massive cock.

But "beige bumble-cunts" is a brilliant expression, and absolutely apt for 99.999% of football players.
