An extra £15million - £20million for 6 months, pretty mental, 100% would though.

It does, but we just might be. I think if we get turned over by City this weekend comfortably, he'll be brought in early.

20 million quid for 4 months more of a player we've already signed for 60M?

The world has gone fucking mad.
It does, but It could be the difference between qualifying for the champions league and not qualifying

Not so mad when you look at it that way..

Could also be as 'little' as 15 million Euro..

It's a fucking serious wedge for a player that will be ours soon anyway. But, if he makes the kind of difference we expect he will and redresses something of the void left by Coutinho then I suppose it makes sense.

Keita was Coutinho replacement no doubt about it.. Different type of players but he will give that creativity from midfield Coutinho offered

Now we have lost Coutinho, it's operation bring in Keita I guess..

"seinen Dribblings"

Apols for those that don't speak German but that had me laughing out loud. Never heard/read a German use the word "Dribblings"

Although it is Bild so what do you expect

So we in turn should do the same?

Solid strategy.
Let be fair the market is insane, it's not about to settle anytime soon.. So whilst the market dictates, you play the game

Otherwise you Snooze you lose. That's the danger here..

We've lost a key player we need to ensure we put ourselves in position so we don't lose anymore anytime soon

Fail to qualify for the Champions League and that could be rather damaging

It’s not worth it for a few months. It’s not like we’re neck and neck with city.

We are just a few ahead of Spurs and Arsenal, I suppose that's the thinking.
I'd be pretty gutted if we did this, as mentioned it reeks of desperation and an inability to convince anyone else to join and also a lack of a plan B which is very Klopp

Yeah, but we're pretty much neck and neck with Arsenal and Spurs, with whom we're competing for a CL place.
^This..

And if we want to keep our other best players, it's absolute must we stay ahead of them..

Just look at Arsenal as an example.. They are in complete disarray at the moment..

Nobody was saying Barca paying a big premium to bring in Cuntyo in January reeked of desperation. They wanted the player asap, and were prepared to pay more to make it so.
