"Robin Hood, Prince of Thieves".  The bastard offspring of a panto and a costume drama, with political correctness and Costner doing his usual sleepwalk through a movie thrown in for bad measure.  Awful, dreadful, pitiful film.

Ha!

I love that movie... and Alan Rickman hamming it up as the Sherrif is great.

Indeed he is.  It's just that he wandered into the wrong film somewhere along the line.

I see so many shit movies it's pretty hard to tell between them, let alone remember there names.

Recently 'Zach and Miri make a porno' has to be up there.

As for sheer disappointment a movie has delivered, it has to be The Phantom Menace.

I have prolly seen worse, but the 2 that stick in my head are 'Out of sight' (Soderbergh's best work My Arse!) and 'Terminator: Salvation'.

The show we went to see was full, so for some reason we thought it would be sensible to go and watch 'The Rocketeer'.  Bad times.

I don't recall ever being as angry and disappointed by a cinematic experience as I was by "Star Trek: The Motion Picture"

No phasers to stun.
No "she cannae take any more cap'n!"
No scrapping with monsters and aliens
No space battles or giant, green clouds in space that send you back in time.

A fucking satellite. That can think or something. But does fuck all else.

You fucking, fucking bastards. I was 7. And look what you did to me; a sentient fucking space probe. No lasers or anything.

PS Thanks for "Wrath Of Khan". Much more like it!

YOu didnt like the bald chick? Grin

City Slickers II was awful.  I'd add Mamma Mia - but I only watched the first 5 minutes, so I'm not sure it counts.

Waterworld.

Saw it when it came out in the cinema, think I left early. I've never left a cinema in my life bar that.

I literally watched 10 minutes of that movie and turned it off.

Seemed quite shit house.
