The pair are named in the starting line-up at London Stadium after recovering from respective fitness concerns, with the Reds making four changes from midweek.

Joe Gomez also begins, while Alexander Isak leads the attack. Hugo Ekitike is fit enough to be named among the substitutes.

Never any fucking width. Even a pissing schoolboy knows you need to make the pitch big. I feel so sorry for our new signings. Particularly the 2 CFs. Gakpo and Salah constantly clogging up their space rather than creating it for them.

A new manager WILL allow us to play well. We have excellent players.
